NEWBORN SESSION

WHEN TO BOOK YOUR NEWBORN SESSION?

As soon as possible, usually after your 20 week scan. Once your baby is born you or your partner can contact me with the happy news and we can schedule a date for the session.

Session should take place within first 3 weeks of baby's life, when babies are still very sleepy, can be moved around and posed  in their naturally curly poses just like in your belly.

Hygiene is very important especially in the early days of your baby's life. I can assure you that the studio is kept very clean and all outfits, wraps and blankets are laundered prior to every session.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR NEWBORN SESSION?

 

Your session will take place in my Redhill home studio.

Wear cool and comfortable clothing, as the studio will be nice & warm.

Neutral colours and tones always photograph well and please avoid logos and patterns on shirts. And just in case there are any small accidents, bringing an extra set of clothes is always a good idea.

I like to allow plenty of time for feeding and cuddling during your session so plan to be here for between 2-4 hours. Throughout this time you may get hungry so I recommend bringing a snack with you.

I have plenty of props for you to choose from and like to involve you in the styling of the session. And if you have a special item you would like to incorporate, I would love for you to bring it along.

 

 

AFTER THE SESSION

2-4 weeks after the session we will schedule a viewing appointment of an edited gallery of selected photos. At the appointment you will have a chance to select your package and products. You don't have to commit to anything until you see the gallery and if you are not happy with the results you don't have to purchase anything. My prices are very transparent, what you see is what you get. There are no hidden costs. Once full payment is received your products will be ordered. This can take 2-3 weeks depending on the products.
